Hello All,

Thinking of moving to the Wilmington area. We'd like to find a "hip" Realtor to help us search out the best places (for us) to live. We are interested in a bungalow/small Victorian home and we'd like to reside in a walkable, historic (but not overly gentrified) district. Does this exist in Wilmington?
