This looks slightly better than Lindsey. Didn't this replace a trailer park? Eh, its about an even trade if you ask me. The best we can hope for any apartment complex longterm is that it maintains its value and then someday goes condo. This place has as good a chance as any in town with its location. The exterior looks pretty ok by local standards, too.
