Motor Wheel Lofts -- The "Forbidden" Room?

I live in the Motor Wheel Lofts building, and I went for a walk the other day, down the staircase adjacent to the smokestack when I realized that part of the building hasn't been refinished! For some reason I've been calling it "The Forbidden room"...lol

Anyway, it's the full 4 stories, parking garage to the fourth (or 3rd..) floor... It's entirely empty! So, does anyone have any idea what their plans are for the area? I'm thinking... Pool? Please?

It would be cool if you could get some pictures of the room your talking about. As for plans, you could ask the buildings management.
