Where are Charlotte's best fountains?

I want to thank everyone who posted fountain locations, and especially the photos. I have written all of them down and it looks like we could visit the majority of them in uptown alone. I also want them to see the interactive fountains though. I had no idea of some of the ones mentioned. Thanks again!

God forbid you let your dog drink out of the Wachovia Plaza fountain--you'll get screamed at by rent-a-cops who seem to do nothing but harass anyone who walks by.

4th Ward fountains, I love these from a pedestrian standpoint, but kinda sucks that they break up the grid.

There's a lot of character to the fountain at Wachovia...

My favorite fountain would have to be the fish fountains at The Green. Last Sunday when I went on my photo run, there were a few kids playing in the fountains, completely soaked. No one seemed to have a problem with it, as I was glad they didn't. The joy kids have when occupying themselves in a fountain is a beautiful sight.
