Billion Dollar Project

Hello all,

Im new to this post and I just came accross a huge project. We are needing 1.3 Billion in debt to build it, but will have 100 million in equity. This project is just beautiful that will be located in Orlando FL. Located about 5 minutes away from Walt Disney World. This is the biggest resort and residences in Orlando. We have a site for investors to see as well as slide shows and all the details and floor plans it will have. This can be a real money maker but just need the right investor with deep pockets. Im new to this type of projects and any helpful tips or pointing me to the right direction would be very helpful. Look foward to chating with you all about this topic.
