Fort Worth - The Neil P. at Burnett Park - Downtown

The historic Neil P. Anderson Cotton Exchange building from 1921 has reopened as a condo development with ground floor retail. A dead space behind the building between it and adjacent structures has been turned into The Sanctuary, a pool/outdoor kitchen space. Balconies were added, with the outward-facing units getting balconies on the ends of the building so as not to interfere with the building's historic architecture.
