I was out on Lake Wylie today, I swear the lake feels like bath water! Between the low lake levels and the heat there was practically nobody boating - a few jet skis here and there. We actually anchored in the main channel to swim. Now if it could only be that open on the weekends...

Yeah I have heard it's gotten to be a challenge to boat on Lake Wylie due to the low levels. You would certainly want to have a working depth finder and have some familiarly with the lake before attempting any speed.

Right now in Bridgeport, Conn. it's 57 degrees. We'll give you some cool, you can give us some warmth, even both ourselves out.

Albemarle already at 106 degrees, down from 108 a little earlier... yikes.

^You really don't need to cut & paste the 3 day forecast as I am sure anyone can look it up. It's already out of date. I do note they are predicting that we will be back in the 100s by the end of the week.

By the end of last week I really did not think the mid 90s would be an improvement but I did feel the difference by the weekend. We are not going to tie the records last week the next couple of days and I think we are forecast to have upper 80s this weekend
