Ok, I know, this is gonna be one big controversial (sp?) topic, but, I've been wanting to get something like this started for a long time. The South Carolina thread like this one reminded me of it.

But, if we can keep this a clean discussion, I would love to hear a lot of opinions.

I guess you can present your choices in whichever qualifications you choose. Economic expansion, tranist, quality of life, education, or maybe technology/aerospace/biomed. Just be sure to label it as such.

For me, I think I'll do one for all of the ones I listed.
