Building Cube structure from movie Cube

Has anyone seen the movie cube? A handful of strangers are trapped inside this 26^3 room structure that they crawl around in and try to get out of. Each room is a cube and hence the whole thing is cube-shaped. I was wondering how rich I'd have to be to actually build a small cube structure, like a 3x3x3 room house to actually live in with plumbing and electricity, or what a bigger structure as an actual apartment complex would cost theoretically. (minus the death traps like in the movie of course).
