Is there a place or could there be a place that provides basic information about what Urban Planet is?

Is it part of Planetizen? Is it a nonprofit unaffiliated organization? Is it just a place on the internet where various folks discuss things? Is there a board of directors? Who are the admins in real life?

Just curious, and couldn't quickly find a spot that gave all this information. Got sidetracked by the Planetizen links on the main page, then went off in a linking tangent....
