What do you mean by a "mailer" Florida? Does this mean that they actually have leases/contracts in place for those tenants/owners (for the sake of Starbucks, Firehouse, etc. I would hope that they do otherwise they may not be too happy about the fact it is being publicized in mailers as a done deal) or is this one of those mixed 'wish' lists of occupants like K-2 has been promoting for Evening Rose w/o any real legal commitments?

I'm sure this has to be a tremendous boost to the Students in that area who desire more than what the cafeteria will offer but don't have $5-$6 for Publix sub or tenders. That $.99 menu comes in handy!

The Wendy's sign makes me happy. Now that's an example of some attractive and get the job done signage. No need for a sixty foot tall monster sign w/blinking lights.

Oh yeah - Wendy's opened up either right before or right after Christmas. We've hit the drive through a couple of times already!

I don't know where Starbucks is going...is it supposed to be a free standing unit?

Also, according to the ever so popular RRM, Dr Smith from Patients First on Kerry Forest is supposedly going solo & moving her practice up to one of these units at Bannerman Crossing.

I'm just guessing here, but I'd think that Starbucks would go in the small free-standing building in the middle of the project abutting Thomasville Road....or has something else already claimed that spot?

I bet those palms in the rendering won't appear on-site.
