Wonderful article on the subject of migration

This is just a really good piece. It does a great job of explaining the region's migration numbers, and basically makes the point that many of us have been making for years (people come and go, and we shouldn't focus simply on the net loss).

I thought about posting this in the "Future of Pittsburgh" thread but wasn't sure if people would notice it there. I also think it may lead to some discussion.
