Yes, 1041 East Fulton. The taller portion is 1035 East Fulton.

The top photo is going to be Mad Cap Coffee's 2nd GR cafe and main roastery.  And the extra warehouse space, last I heard, was going to be used by Brewery Vivant for storage to free up some space in their brewing area on Cherry/Lake.

 

Ah, that's right. I knew it was in relation to beer or coffee or some beverage making.

 

OMG, I had totally forgotten the hideous addition to it that they took off.

Yes, it's pretty amazing what they were able to uncover and restore.

Seems like some of these projects take a LONNGGG time.
