Map of Charlotte's Neighborhoods?

Does anyone know where I could find an online map showing the boundaries of Charlotte's major neighborhoods and districts? I'm mostly interested in the major central areas (Myers Park, Plaza-Midwood, NoDa, etc.), not so much in the outer subdivisions. I basically just need a way of illustrating where the district boundaries are for out-of-town visitors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

that is a really cool map. I think Charlotte is probably one of the few cities to define the boundaries like that and put them online.
