Le Bijou is a new infill housing development in downtown Fort Worth. It consists of fourteen three story + rooftop deck townhomes on the east side of downtown, on the block bounded by 6th, Jones, 7th, and Grove. It wraps around the Granger Building, replacing a parking lot. The architecture is a French-inspired white and grey stucco look that is not commonly seen in these parts.

Floor plans range from 3,140 square feet to 4,956 square feet, with prices starting at $900,000. The development is a project of local architect Ken Schaumburg. Each townhome can be had with traditional or contemporary interiors, and feature large, open floor plans and a list of amenities a mile long, including valet dry cleaning, grocery delivery, super premium materials, stone fireplaces, and optional wine closets and rooftop hot tubs. All units also feature private elevators.
