Fort Worth - Palisades at Trinity Bluff - Uptown

6 posts in this topic

The Palisades townhomes are hard to miss - there are now several rows of them between Bluff Street and the Belknap bridge. They feature a fresh, modern yellow/tan brick and off-white stucco exterior design and stand three stories tall, and all feature rooftop decks.

The Palisades are across Bluff Street from the new Lincoln at Trinity Bluff apartments, and are a major portion of the urban redevelopment of the bluffs. The Palisades and the Lincoln form the beginnings of a new urban neighborhood, and have radically transformed the environment on the bluffs. Progress has not stopped yet, either - already, there are many more lots being cleared for more townhome, apartment, and condo developments on the Bluffs down Samuels Avenue.

Floor plans range from 1875 square feet to 3,060 square feet, in several two and three bedroom configurations. All units have a two-car garage accessed by a rear alley. Interiors can be customized with a choice of hardwood flooring, ceramic tile, carpet, countertops, door hardware, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, and more. Prices range from $324,900 to $589,900

I really dig the exterior, and the inside is really nice as well.

I don't believe the Palisades is the one I'm thinking of, but there was a huge residential townhome/condo on the right-hand-side of 280 as 280 is descends into downtown Fort Worth. What was that? It was a most impressive "gateway" into downtown when I was there.

YES! That's definitely the ones. They left a pretty nice first impression on me and the rest of the city just blew me away.
