It's hard to keep up on development in the Netherlands, most development (skyscrappers or in Dutch Wolkenkrabbers) is occuring in Rotterdam (bunch of 20-40 buildings). Amsterdam has quite a bit too, but they're being developed in the Zuidas (South District) along the IJ. I have yet to find a decent newspaper that covers development over there, hopefully I will.
