Did any of you guys catch the news story on Channel 4 this evening about E.O.R.A? EORA stands for Eastern Outdoor Reps Association, and they just had a large trade show at Carolina First Center (Expo). The group sponsors trade shows that bring in major vendors for outdoor "gear"......kayaks, climbing gear, cycling, camping, etc and also brings in store owners for outdoor and sporting goods stores from the Eastern US. It was interesting to watch this story on WYFF, as they interviewed a few people who all raved about Greenville and it's position as being right in the center of spectacular outdoor opportunities. This somewhat goes along with the tourism efforts here, and also gives more proof that certain key demographic groups, from other areas of the country, do indeed know about Greenville.
