Gerald Ford stamp events

Down at "our" Ford's museum, there are a lot of people.

You can buy the stamp. You can buy a lapel pin that looks just like it. An envelope with the stamp and a cancellation. A fancier envelope. A postcard. Other stuff.

There's a table with dignitaries autographing the envelopes upon request. The First Brother and one of his sons, a congress guy, others I don't recognize. (My favorite Ford, Susan, is not there.)

Your postmark can be Rancho Mirage or GR.

And the place is open until 7 pm. Free admission on the museum (I might go back after finishing other projects).

The local post offices (presumably most of the branches) will have the first day cover envelopes after today. And of course the stamp is available now.
