^ I totally agree with Rardy, this is a great coup for the city of Memphis. Another HQ to add to the ever growing list that are calling Memphis home and more jobs. Where the jobs are located really doesn't matter at the end of the day, as long as the HQ and jobs are coming to the city. Of course those jobs locating themselves downtown would be nice, the overall trajectory of downtown seems to be moving away from that of a central business district and more of a residential and commercial/entertainment district.
