Sudworth Building to be Renovated

From the Ann Arbor News: Deal finally completed to buy Sudworth Building

Looks like the renovation will include a new, trendy restaurant (the Blue Tractor Cook Shop) as well as office lofts on the second and third floors.

I browsed through the hundreds of photos I've taken of A2, and couldn't find this building. Apparently it's relatively nondescript. But it's always great to see old buildings (this one from the 1800s) get new life breathed into them.

If anyone is interested, I can take some photos of the building this weekend.
