Harbert Moving Headquarters Downtown?

Harbert Considers moving headquarters to downtown

This would greatly help Downtown b/c this would mean more corporate and international visitors to the City Center as a whole. They will see how vibrant it is doing the day and hopefully this will spin off to more people to occupy and visit it at night. I'm actually surprised at how the City is cooperating with Harbert to make this move. Maybe, just may they are starting to realize the error of their ways when it comes to business presence.
