Cookie business coming to redeveloped building in downtown Jackson

The Jackson Sun had an interesting little article about a new entrepreneur opening a cookie shop in downtown Jackson in a building being redeveloped on Lafayette Street. The new cookie shop will specialize in producing over 80 different types of cookie designs catering to any occasion. The building in redevelopment will also house two new 1,400 sq/ft loft apartments on the second and third floors of the building.

Another step forward in the redevelop of downtown Jackson and all these small steps are going to add up one day into some real momentum for bigger developments. I hope so at least.
