Street Level Views (like on Google) of GR coming soon?

Today I saw a curious looking vehicle driving up Leonard towards Division. It was all yellow with a huge graphic on the side of what looked like a child on the back of a goose. On top of the car was something that looked like a bike rack with what looked like cameras pointing in four different directions. The companies name was on the side, and for the life of me I totally forgot what it said.

It totally reminds me of the cars that Google used to create those street level virtual views of cities like San Francisco. Maybe were next on the list?

Has anyone seen this car?
