Looks like it would fit in well in the area of town.

It's amazing how dense that part of town is becoming with low-rise condos (2 to 10 stories). There must be 12 to 15 already within a few blocks of each other with several more on the way.

I would live in that neighborhood if I had to live in Nashville. It is a short walk from all kinds of amenities including fine restaurants, parks, banks, retail, Vanderbilt, and so on.
