According to Zelda at the Fab Ruins Forum....

Looks like Town Pump/Park Ave Htl owner, Sean Harrington, finally secured financing on the renovation of the Iodent building behind the Fox.

I drove by yesterday, and crews were hard at work inside and a perimeter fence has been erected outside.

The plans consist of 16 apartments, and an upscale billiard hall on the first floor. The building is the old Iodent Toothpaste Headquarters. Here's the best photo I can come up with at the moment...there are about three photos of the building on the internet, two of which are mine.
