The Greenville News (2007-09-26): Luxury student living will soon be available in autumn of 2008 near the site of the former WestPoint Stevens Clemson plant.

Highpoint of Clemson, a 110-acre tract across from the vacant plant, will be a gated community overlooking the lake and viewing Clemson University.

The 225-acre plant site will be redeveloped into a residential community with village center. The plant may be destined for demolition sometime soon.
