Fayetteville 5th best place for retirees

I saw that on the news yesterday. How do you guys feel about that? I know here in Texarkana we have a lot of retirees and some people think it's cool while a lot of others do not.

I hate to say it but I think some people in Fayetteville are getting a bit jaded on all of this. It's a bit of a shame. But it seems like we get ranked favorably in so many of these rankings. I should look and see if I can compile a list of these rankings in just the last several years. But anyway I still think it's nice that we are still seen as a great place. We haven't seem to have dropped off any despite some aspects slowing down a bit up here. I also think Mayor Dan Coody deserves some thanks. I think he has helped get some of these 'quality of life' issues passed even though there wasn't always much support from the City Council.

That's cool your city ranks so high. I'm a bit jealous myself. Wish my city had it going on like that.
