Bumping this just to say a guy over at Raleigh Connoisseur said that the owner of the original plaza buildings is supposedly going to add floors to the parking deck. Its poured concrete so I always thought perhaps it might be done. This guy has been correct on several rumors I've heard so far so I'm hoping this actually happens too.

Adding more parking levels, or offices/residential levels?

Also, has there been any word what's taking the old Natty Greene's space?

Wasn't specific, but I took it as habitable floors. Natty's is getting Tobacco Road....moving over from 222.
