I work right by there and i'm not sure how I feel about it. It's going to stick out architecturally in the neighborhood. But it's a big step forward for west downtown development. At least it's better than the condos they build on the corner of Grant and Walnut, hideous!

All but 6 of the 38 units are reseved already and construction just started. I hope that the same can be said for Hagerman's Condo's on South. I haven't heard much about those but I do know they will be much more upscale then 623. I really hope that hageman is really considering that 12 story condo tower at the corner of McDaniel and South. That would be awesome, especially knowing that his frim would design it.

I drove by the site of these condo's the other day and the lot looked to be really small. I don't know if they just aren't done domolishing the plat or if it's just that small. Any way the view of downtown from even the ground of this lot, is pretty cool. I can only imagine what it would look like from the 4th floor.
