Firstly, yeah...ATM We are really getting some nice additions to the skyline. And Sydney is extremely fortunate to be getting 3 Foster buildings. Can't go wrong with Foster.

Also, Deutsche Bank will be the main tenant with pre-commitments from b4 construction started. According to the website in the initial post, it has floor levels 7-16. I'm sure they would have a boardroom or 2 toward the top too.

So far out of the 447 apartments which includes the pentouses in lumiere, already over 100 have been sold.

The tower won't be completed at this stage until the 1/3 rd quarter of 2007.

A second MULTIPLEX crane has now been lodged on site. BTW MULTIPLEX always has the slogan on its sites

"THE WELL BUILT AUSTRALIAN" LOL A nice double entendre .

Only one city block away is the 1989 Capita Centre. Its flagstaff reaches 183m/600ft whereas 126 Phillip Street's "goal posts" will reach 242m/794ft. They'll definitely make a complementary match.

The construction has really gone by fast. Those pictures are really neat showing the buildings under construction. Where are they located in Sydney?
