The project will be a $450 million dollar, 46 story, 400 unit hotel condominium. The building will feature a spa, a high-end restaurant as well as over 12,000 square feet of conference and banquet facilities. A unique feature of the hotel will be its 360-degree views from the 12th floor and up. Envisioned as Manhattan

A construction worker fell from the 42nd floor on 1-14-08 due to a wooden structure that collapsed while workers were pouring concrete. Because of this, NYC's buildings department has issued a stop work order on this project.
