Possible development behind old Albertsons ?

Hey all,

I just wanted to drop a note and see if anyone knows whats going on with this parcel of land.

The piece of land directly behind the old Albertson's on Mansfield road has suddenly sprouted a number of survey markers in the last 2 weeks. The really odd thing is that they are all uniformly spaced and a couple of more can be seen on the interior of the property as well.

Does anyone know something about this?

Between this and the land clearing on Bert Kouns near Linwood, my spidersense is really tingling.

Or is that just my shampoo again?
