Hi,

I need to to include a recent reliable population estimate for the Greensboro, Winston-Salem-High Point area. I know that sometimes MSA's and CSA's or whatever get split and that those numbers may not necessarily be what the average joe needs. I would prefer a realistic value that generally includes counties adjacent to Guilford, Forsyth and Davidson.

I'd recommend checking out the US Census site or going to local cities' chamber of commerce sites (of course sometimes those numbers on the CofC can be inflated for bragging rights )
