The Tree Debate

Umm.. the whole point of my question was I didn't want to have to spend my money to cut down a tree that is not on my land. I'm not sure what the regulations are on so called, "no man's lands" but at least one of the trees could pose a serious risk to my property, definitely my privacy fence if it feel and maybe my house or my neighbors house. They are no powerlines as they are all buried in my neighborhood.

Only if the tree falls in your yard then can you do something (sue) but not before. If indeed damage would occur to your property you might mention that to them and that it would be less costly in the long run for them to remove said trees than to pay later.
