^ It's been mentioned in another thread [and in print] that Bristol is planning a condo project betwee 5th and 6th Avenues on Jefferson St.

Regarding bidclerk, by not posting the location you are tempted/encouraged to subscribe. That's probably the main concern rather than being 'secretive.' They have nothing to gain otherwise. It's for builders/contractors, who likely have a subscription anyway.
