Young Tennessee man speaks out on proposed I-3 (Corridor K)

I commend this young man for speaking out against this proposed new interstate and totally agree with his views. Maybe one day he will run for a political office, Senator or Congressman......wouldn't that be refreshing!!!!!

Wow, what a dumb idea (I-3)... you can already take I-95, 26, and 40 to get there. Can anyone say redundancy?

I commend the young man for stepping and voicing his opposition for this interstate. I see as a huge waste myself. However some of the facts he stated were inaccurate. The Savannah River site is in Aiken, SC about 100 or so miles north of Savannah, GA. So if that were the case they would have to put the interstate through Aiken to support that claim. The other inaccuracy was when he said there are no military bases in Savannah. There are 2. Fort Stewart, and Hunter Army Airfield. Not arguing with the guy he just needs to know those facts in case someone does argue with him. The interstate in my mind would not be used for the purposes state in the bill that was proposed. It's just some politician trying to flex his or her political muscle so to speak.
