So I was randomly browsing the Disturber's Career Almanac and ran across a story about a 70 acre rail development at 485 and Albemarle Rd by the Aberdeen Carolina and Western Railway. Not sure where else to post this, but it sounds like a big deal to me.

That's the Clear Creek Business Park in Mint Hill. Besides a few roads, I don't think anything has been built there yet.
