i think that the master plan for sobro was to have two encore towers.. But they decided to just focus on one encore project and then go to the second one later on. I also heard that the second encore project might just be aound 12 stories, but once again this is just speculation.. Im hoping for a 40 story building. Do you think Tony will use proceeds from the gulch sale towards Signature Tower?

Very interesting that Giarratana has decided to move away from the Gulch and focus more on SoBro. Maybe, now that he and Novare have started development of SoBro they just want to concentrate future development there. My guess there next project in Sobro will be at least as big as Encore. Novare seems to be building higher and higher of late with projects topping 40 stories in several cities.
