Reforestation of the acreage would be ideal. But I'm sure that would require a significant effort (funds) to take it off the market and preserve it. For now I'm just happy that it's been saved from becoming the next victim of the big box bloat from Route 2 that continues to eat large portions of Warwick.

A mini golf course and driving range beats blacktop and megastores.
