I went to the open house yesterday and thought the building was beautiful inside and out. I wasn't sure if I would make the lunch & learn so I went yesterday just in case. The tour was lead by a different person per floor, I enjoyed hearing what each space in the building was used for in the original orphanage. I think you will enjoy seeing it.

Special thanks to our host ICCF for the tour and lunch.

Please RSVP on here if you can attend. Depending on how large the group is, we might split into two groups with one group touring the building, while the other group goes on a Cherry Street walking tour, all meet up for lunch and then switch.

Most of the people who come, and on UP, are not developers. There are a few architects, but we're just mainly all average joe's (jeff's) interested in rejuvenation of old properties. Definitely you should come if you haven't been to one before.
