Autumn Hall Wilmington's Next mixed use development

Check out the new Autumn Hall website. The construction has begun on the water and sewer mains on the property. Building construction should begin in a couple of months when the moratorium is lifted. The development will be about the size of the first two phases of Mayfaire Town center. The picture of the park and the Village Center are very attractive. The Hotel gives the village area nice height and the lake gives it a unique attractive look that makes you want to visit. Check out the gallery. What do you think?

Construction on this project is going hot and heavy. Infrastructure and water and sewer lines are going in rapidly on this 236 acre project. Construction on the buildings should start in January.
