Transy part of college town

I think this makes complete sense. I'm actually a little suprised that Transy wasn't included in the original plan considering it basically is downtown, probably even moreso than UK. I like this plan, it is good to see people with vision making Lexington a more vibrant, liveable city. The changes that have occured in the campus and downtown areas since I first moved there in the early 90s is nothing short of remarkable.
