Probably. I think he'll start by assuming all of the liberal figure heads are terrorists. It'll be like the great red scare, we'll just imprison liberals because we accuse them of being terrorists.

Now all we need is a plan to lock up conservatives and we'll be good.

That would be a good way to scare away a big portion of his right wing backing. It's the nasty commie loving liberals that they expect to do that.

If there's another attact there will certainly be more of our civil liberties taken away, but I'm not expecting full martial law till the 3rd term and we're attacking north korea.

Martial law wouldn't accomplish anything. We would have to be having nationwide riots because of multiple attacks. The good news is that we won't be having natinowide riots on anything because the US has so many fat and/or lazy people.
