I have a long term goal to open a bar/tavern/watering hole in the grand rapids area. Can anyone provide me with a starting point to learn the laws, find available properties, and basically get a firm grasp on how the local system works? At this stage in the game, I'm just learning and not ready to jump into an investment just yet. Thanks for the help in advance. -aaron
