I was wondering if anyone knew anything more about this? Sorry if there is another thread about it somewhere; I did a quick scan and didn't see anything. Can't imagine where exactly it's supposed to go (everything around the park is pretty much developed), so I'm assuming it's an aborted project on an out-of-date website.

sounds like it's the triangle parcel (parcel 12).

I thought Carpianato had parcel 12 (triangle) development rights?? Unless he sold it to Paolino or this is indeed a differant parcel/project. Citizens bank parking lot perhaps????

here's the link with the text quoted in the initial post. it says they're currently developing it along with the brewery parkade (which i thought was done). perhaps this is old and maybe they were working on parcel 12 and sold it to carpianato?

According to this RISD pdf, the Providence Grand was one of the multiple attempts at turning the Masonic Temple into something. So yeah, I'm gonna go out on a limb and call this one "outdated."
