It sounds like his partner in crime, James Jett, was arrested recently. I'm not sure what the whole story is, but Jett is a partner in Studio 64, the salon on the 2nd floor of 64 Ionia, and because of his arrest they're closing down today. Jett kept Studio 64 afloat as they had not turned a profit yet.
