T-day volunteering options?

I figure UP is the absolute best location to inquire...

On another forum someone asked about a place to volunteer on Thanksgiving day. Please list anything that comes to mind, thanks!

ETA: She lives in Holland, and this is for Thursday, everyone in the whole world being all Norman Rockwell except me. (I can type that because I've been there!)

There's an article in the Press today about the different organizations and their T-Day offerings. I've heard a lot of these places get tons of help on Thursday, but they really need help prepping on the Wednesday before (setting tables, food prep, setting up tables, chairs, etc..)

Volunteer to help with a big Thanksgiving feast for the homeless, get your face on television (apparently )
