Did anyone else recycle a computer this weekend?

Thousands of people went out of their way on Saturday to properly recycle their old home computers - and we were stuck for two hours in traffic jams - very painful, especially for a Saturday. The RIRRC absolutely needs to schedule more drop-off times and places for paint recycling, paper shredding, electronics etc. It goes against the principle of the effort to waste so much time and gas! RI residents are obviously willing to take the time to dispose of their household hazards properly, but experiences like Saturday's will just discourage people from doing the right thing -

When I lived in New York we had designated weeks for certain types of trash/recycling such as computers and paints. If you left your old computer on the street on the designated week, it would be picked up for recycling.
