Any other new construction?

Does anyone know of any buildings planned in the near future that would surpass the UP Building or Morgan Keegan Downtown, perhaps above 40 stories, because that one thing Memphis lacks in its skyline is a true skyscraper.

And are there expansion proposals in the making for the Airport.

And anyone heard of any more annexations by Herenton, other than Cordova which I believe adds close to 60,000 people to the city's Population.
